The Bookkeeper is responsible for the following:
Processing AP invoices
Maintaining general ledger accounts
The Bookkeeper will handle AP/AR
Journal entries
Assisting with tax returns
Account reconciliations will be managed by Bookkeeper
Researching and applying payments
The Bookkeeper will assist with month end close
Requirements for the Bookkeeper:
A Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance preferred
A few years within Accounting
QuickBooks Online, and Excel is highly preferred
CPA firm a MUST
