Responsibilities Develop and implement agentic frameworks for autonomous problem-solving and task execution.
Integrate Generative AI capabilities into existing software systems and workflows.
Conduct research and development on emerging AI/ML techniques and algorithms.
Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy and scale AI solutions.
Stay updated on advancements in Agentic AI and GenAI technologies.
Establish best practices for AI/ML development and deployment.
Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, ML, or related field.
Proficiency in Python (and optionally R), with experience in AI/ML libraries.
Hands-on experience with Agentic AI tools like AutoGen, LangChain, LangGraph.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Experience with GenAI models such as GPT-4, Claude, Gemini, LLaMA.
Programming experience in Java and/or SAS.
Familiarity with Copilot and custom solution development within it.
