Department/Unit Summary

The Pre-op/PACU is equipped with 13 beds and handles an average of 300 cases per month. The scope of procedures includes a diverse range of specialties: Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT), Laparoscopic and Endoscopic, Orthopedic, Pain Management, Prostate, and Gastroenterological surgeries. The majority of cases are general and orthopedic. Surgical operations are conducted Monday through Friday, with additional night, weekend, and holiday call rotations to ensure continuous coverage.

Qualifications and requirements
Applicants should have a current state RN license and possess a bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include:

Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of hire.
ACLS and PALS are required within six months of hire.
One year of experience preferred
ASLS certification preferred
