• Rôle et Responsabilités
• - Work as a key driver & key facilitator and responsible for overall Retail Shop Display Management
• Analyzing data to propose annual/quarterly shop investment and development plan according to requirements, target audience and objectives
• Coming up with suggestions to enhance the project's success
• Preparing, allocating and controlling shop investment budgets and ensuring adherence in all assigned projects
• Driving customers to the store via creatively showcasing product display, and analysis of floor plans of the store and customer flow patterns for planning shop display design effectively
• Work and align with HQ, local marketing team and agency on store concept design and POSM guideline to develop local master guideline according to Corporate Identity (CI)
• Align with PM of each product to develop display fixtures according to specific product as assigned
• Manage and coordinate with agency, store management team, procurement team and partners both internal and external to complete shop design as per CI and construction project as agreed time line, concept within budget assigned
• Working closely with agency and procurement team on cost minimization from design process to construction & delivery process
• Ensuring proper point of sales materials, signage and lighting for the best visual merchandising and best attractiveness to end users
• Monitor and report project progression by inspection, follow up and need to supervise outsourcing companies to deliver as plan as well as solve problems which is concerned
• Keeping a track of sell-out records before and after on event investment to create action plan for future portfolio and development
• Performs other duties as assigned by management /direct supervisor
• Skills and Qualifications
• - Minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields
(Graduated of Interior design / Architecture is a big plus)
• Must possess the ability, to plan, to organize, and to implement retail shop development projects with 5 years minimum of working experience in aspects of retail shop management
(Total Exp year = 5+ / but direct retail 2+ also can consider)
• Strong marketing communication skills with excellent interpersonal and networking skills
• Experience in project management with a proven track record of delivering objectives
• Comprehensive understanding of retail shop marketing to consumer markets
• Good teamwork skills, Stress tolerance, drive, well-organized, challenge lover and good problem solving skill
• Creative, self-motivated with high degree of initiative and result-oriented
• Must possess the ability to work in a fast paced environment while possessing a sense of urgency
• Excellent command of English and computer literacy especially MS Excel (Pivot - V lookup) and MS PowerPoint (No Sketchup or 3D modelling require, but nice to have)
