5 days a week, 8 hours per dayJob Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of large-scale construction projects in Riyadh.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managerial finance roles within the construction sector in GCC or KSA, with a strong background in financial planning, budgeting, cost control, reporting, forecasting, risk management, and accounting.
The role will ensure compliance with KSA financial regulations and drive strategic financial decision-making.Key Responsibilities:
Financial Planning & Budgeting:
Develop and manage financial plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives and construction project budgets.Cost Control & Analysis:
Oversee cost management strategies to optimize profitability while ensuring efficient use of resources.Financial Reporting & Forecasting:
Prepare and present financial reports, forecasts, and variance analyses to the executive team.Risk Management:
Identify financial risks, implement mitigation strategies, and ensure adherence to financial policies.Compliance & Taxation:
Ensure compliance with KSA finance laws, VAT, Zakat, and other tax regulations, as well as best practices in construction finance.ERP & Financial Systems:
Utilize Microsoft Dynamics ERP and other financial tools for accurate and streamlined financial management.Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate with internal and external auditors, financial institutions, suppliers, and project teams.Budget Oversight:
Manage large-scale project budgets (minimum SAR 100 million), ensuring financial efficiency across multiple departments.Process Improvement:
Implement and refine financial processes to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.Qualifications & Experience:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
A Master's degree or professional certification (CPA, CMA, ACCA) is a plus.Experience:
Minimum 15 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior managerial role within the construction industry.Industry Expertise:
Strong background in general contracting or large subcontracting, preferably with modern financial systems or experience in an international construction company.Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics ERP is an advantage.Regulatory Knowledge:
In-depth understanding of KSA finance regulations, construction accounting, and reporting standards.Language:
Must be proficient in English.
Arabic is a plus.Location Preference:
KSA-based candidates are preferred, with strong experience in the KSA construction market and local finance and tax regulations.Preferred Competencies:
Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.Leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
