R-130233# AtkinsRéalis is looking for a BMS/SCADA Engineer (ICTS), for a giga mixed-use project based in Riyadh, which encompasses public realm, urban infrastructure elements, high-end residential and cultural assets.

Responsibilities:
Technical Design and Implementation:
Develop detailed technical designs and specifications for ICTS systems including structured cabling, network infrastructure, telecommunications, and security systems.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to integrate ICTS requirements into overall building and infrastructure designs.
Ensure designs comply with relevant standards, codes, and regulations.Project Management:
Manage ICTS projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards.
Coordinate with internal teams, external consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
Conduct site surveys, assessments, and feasibility studies to support project planning and design decisions.System Integration and Testing:
Oversee the installation, configuration, and integration of ICTS systems and equipment.
Conduct system testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting to ensure functionality and performance.
Provide technical support during the implementation phase and address any issues that arise.Client Engagement and Consultation:
Act as a technical advisor to clients on ICTS-related matters, understanding their needs and requirements.
Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and proposals to communicate technical solutions effectively.
Foster strong client relationships and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.Quality Assurance and Compliance:
Implement quality assurance processes to ensure ICTS designs and installations meet industry standards and client specifications.
Conduct periodic audits and reviews to monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as necessary.Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related field.
Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in ICTS engineering or related field, with demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing ICTS solutions.
Proficiency in ICTS design software and tools such as AutoCAD, Visio, and network simulation software.
Strong knowledge of ICTS systems including LAN/WAN networks, CCTV, access control, and telecommunications systems.
Familiarity with relevant international and local standards and regulations (e.g., ISO, ANSI/TIA, NEC, etc.).
Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects concurrently.
Effective communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Personal Attributes:
