Scrum Master
A Scrum master is responsible for ensuring that the Scrum team follows the processes that were agreed upon. Keeping obstacles and distractions out of the team's path is one of the responsibilities in the scrum master team. In this role, the individual acts as the interface between the Scrum team and other people or teams.
Responsibilities
Using agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions
Keep all Parties on Track and Informed
Introduce Agile Engineering Practices
Training, mentoring, and supporting scrum teams to follow agile values, principles, and practices
Determining and managing tasks, issues, risks, and action items.
Scheduling and facilitating scrum events, meetings, and decision-making processes.
Host Daily Stand-up /sprint planning-Review/ Retrospectives meetings
Assist the Product Owner with the Product Backlog
Ensuring the proper use of collaborative processes and removing impediments for the scrum team.
Qualifications
Bachelor degree in Computer Science, software Engineering, Management Information Systems or similar relevant field
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
Certification in Agile methodologies, like Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).#
