Handle incoming reservations via phone, email, and online systems, ensuring accuracy in the reservation system.Guest Communication:
Respond to inquiries, confirm bookings, and provide information on availability and amenities.Coordination with Departments:
Liaise with front desk, housekeeping, sales, and marketing for guest requests and group bookings.Revenue Management:
Monitor availability, adjust rates, analyze booking trends, and recommend pricing strategies.Handling Cancellations:
Process cancellations, modifications, and manage no-shows to minimize revenue loss.Administrative Tasks:
Maintain reservation records, prepare reports, and support staff training.Problem Resolution:
