Be responsible for the recruitment of salespersons, which includes formulating recruitment plans, clarifying recruitment requirements and job requirements; expanding recruitment channels, such as online recruitment platforms, campus recruitment, job fairs, etc.; screening resumes, organizing interviews, and selecting salespersons who meet the company's requirements; following up on the onboarding of new employees to ensure that newly hired salespersons can smoothly integrate into the company.
A bachelor's degree or above with more than 3 years of relevant work experience.
Familiar with employment management and employee recruitment processes, and possess certain team management skills.
Have good communication skills and a team spirit, and be able to effectively coordinate with different departments.
Have strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, and be able to complete work tasks independently.
Be proficient in using software and recruitment-related tools, and have good data analysis skills.
