About the role
The Mozn brand interacts with numerous stakeholders, and the ideal candidate for the Product Designer III position will play a key role in designing and developing our products to meet user needs while aligning with our company's vision. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centric designs, contributing to the entire product lifecycle from concept to final implementation.
What you'll do

Conduct and analyze user research (surveys, interviews, usability testing) to understand user needs, motivations, and pain points.
Develop user personas and journey maps to empathize with users and inform design decisions.
Advocate for the user throughout the product development process, ensuring their needs are prioritized.
Define the information architecture of the product, ensuring clear and intuitive navigation.
Design user interfaces that are aesthetically pleasing, usable, and accessible.
Prototype and iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing.
Participate in brainstorming and ideation sessions, proposing innovative solutions.
Engage in the design thinking process, from empathy and research to prototyping and testing.
Stay updated on emerging UX trends and explore their potential applications.
Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive user experience.
Support existing product development, strategy, and planning.
Communicate design ideas effectively to stakeholders and team members.
Present design concepts and prototypes to senior management and key decision-makers.
Define and monitor key UX metrics (e.g., engagement, satisfaction, task completion rates).
Analyze data to identify improvement areas and measure the impact of design changes.
Continuously optimize the user experience based on insights.
Focus on skills and experiences relevant to the product and industry.
Quantify achievements with metrics and data whenever possible.
Show passion for user experience and creating delightful user interactions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in User Experience Design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or related field; 5+ years of experience preferred.
Proven success in designing and delivering user-centered products.
Experience working in an Agile development environment.
Strong understanding of user research methodologies and data analysis.
Proficiency in UX design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and prototyping tools (e.g., InVision, Framer).
Solid knowledge of information architecture and interaction design principles.
Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
Passion for user experience and industry trends.
Familiarity with user research tools (e.g., UserTesting, Hotjar).
