It is an exciting time to work in Saudi Arabia; through Vision 2030, the rate of social and industrial change is staggering. We are seeking a strategic and inquisitive Data Scientist. As a member of Mozn's Data Science team, you will collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to identify problems, define them mathematically and statistically, scope projects, and answer key questions. Your insights will help improve business and product outcomes, creating value for stakeholders.
About The Role
As a Data Scientist, your daily tasks may include:

Working with cross-functional teams from engineering, product, business, and marketing to deliver data-driven solutions.
Communicating complex technical results clearly to external clients.
Analyzing and extracting insights from complex datasets using regression, hypothesis testing, and machine learning techniques.
Developing and applying new machine learning techniques to enhance Mozn's solutions.
Building data pipelines and ingestion engines for Natural Language Understanding and Risk Management.
Engaging with stakeholders to define challenges and propose data-driven solutions.
Managing the entire solution development process from data collection to decision-making.
Staying updated with new frameworks and technological advances to improve efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications
Ideal candidates will have:

B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or similar quantitative fields.
Relevant experience as a data scientist or in related fields developing ML/AI models (over 2 years for B.S., over 1 year for M.S.).
Programming experience in Python or similar languages, with over two years in object-oriented programming.
Strong understanding of statistics and probability, including Bayesian methods.
Experience in machine learning model experimentation.
Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
Experience with SQL or NoSQL databases is preferred.
Knowledge of big data technologies such as Spark.
Experience with deep learning frameworks like PyTorch.
Expertise in Natural Language Understanding and/or Risk Management applications.
Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker.
Research experience in optimization and NLP.
