This is an exciting time to work in AI to make a lasting impact.We are seeking a Workplace Specialist - Facilities to ensure the smooth daily operation of our office environments, manage facilities services, and support a productive, safe, and engaging workplace.
Responsibilities include vendor coordination, space planning, maintenance oversight, health and safety compliance, and employee support.Please note:
In line with the Saudization (Nitaqat) initiative, this role is open to Saudi nationals only.Responsibilities:
Ensure timely preventive and reactive maintenance (Hard FM including MEP, HVAC, F&FE, FAS, and FF) through third-party vendors.Oversee on-site contractors and manage vendors for the above services.Coordinate fit-out projects with landlords, contractors, and sub-contractors.Manage office relocations and internal moves.Act as the Site Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Coordinator.Serve as a point of contact for employee office-related queries and support requests.Assist with space planning and desk allocation to accommodate workforce changes and office utilization needs.Qualifications:
Technical Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil, MEP, HVAC, or related trades.2-3 years of local experience overseeing office facilities maintenance and coordinating with external contractors, preferably in a multicultural office environment.Fluency in Arabic and English.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Knowledge of inspection and approval processes for commercial office facilities (Civil Defence, Municipality, etc.).Proficiency with MS Office Suite and similar platforms.Certifications (Preferred):
First aid/fire warden certification; facilities management certifications (FMP, IWFM) are a plus but not mandatory.Additional Details:
