Your primary responsibility will be to drive revenue growth and customer retention by strategically managing and developing these accounts.Relationship Management:
Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers within assigned accounts.
Revenue Growth:
Achieve and exceed revenue targets by effectively managing and growing existing accounts.
Customer Satisfaction:
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive account management and problem-solving.
Sales Forecasting:
Accurately forecast revenue and identify growth opportunities within assigned accounts.
Account Planning:
Develop and execute comprehensive account plans that align with the customer's business objectives.
Cross-Selling and Up-Selling:
Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell additional products and services to existing clients.
Customer Retention:
Proactively address customer concerns and implement strategies to retain existing business.
Market Analysis:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate effectively with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record of success in a sales or account management role within the technology industry.
Strong understanding of the technology landscape and industry trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated and results-oriented.
Proficiency in CRM and sales enablement tools.
Arabic Speaking is a must.
Based in KSAThis is a full-time, hybrid role with 4 days in our Riyadh office and 1 day WFH.
Fluency in English and Arabic is required, with strong written and verbal communication skills being essential.
