We are seeking an experienced T&I Maintenance Engineer to lead turnaround planning and execution for a major refinery and petrochemical facility in the Middle East.
You will oversee full-cycle shutdowns, ensuring safety, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness while optimizing asset reliability.Location:

BSc Mechanical Engineering (or related)PMP preferred, API/ASME certification a plus12+ in refinery/petrochemical turnaround managementProven track record in planning, budgeting, and executing large-scale T&I projectsExpertise in Prometheus, ROSER, Primavera P6, and SAPResponsibilities:
Lead full lifecycle turnaround planning (scope, prep, execution, close-out)Manage $5M+ budgets, contractor engagement, and materials procurementSchedule and track progress using Prometheus, ROSER, Primavera P6, and SAPFacilitate risk assessments and implement mitigation strategiesConduct post-turnaround reviews, lessons learned, and benchmarking (Solomon)Drive maintenance excellence and continuous improvement initiativesAlign activities across operations, engineering, and contractor teamsMentor junior engineers and ensure compliance with API/ASME standardsDesired Skills:
