2767, Al Qasim Al Khawarizmi, Al Rakah Al Shamaliyah, 34225Join Us as a Plumber/Plant Operator at the First Vignette Collection in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (Carlton Al Moaibed Hotel)We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Plumber/Plant Operator to join our team at the First Vignette Collection in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (Carlton Al Moaibed Hotel).
This role involves managing plumbing systems and supporting plant operations with precision and efficiency.Key Responsibilities:
Install, repair, and maintain all plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, faucets, valves, water heaters, pumps, and drainage systems.Respond promptly to guest room plumbing issues such as leaks, clogged drains, low water pressure, and faulty fixtures.Conduct preventive maintenance (PM) on all plumbing-related systems to avoid breakdowns and extend equipment life.Ensure proper functioning of water supply and sewage systems, and monitor for any irregularities or leaks.Perform regular inspections of all plumbing installations in guest rooms, kitchens, staff accommodation, public areas, and back-of-house.Work with other maintenance staff during hotel renovation or upgrade projects, especially those involving plumbing modifications.Prepare and submit reports on completed jobs, materials used, and system conditions.Maintain the swimming pool & RO Plant.Requirements:
Diploma or certification in Plumbing or relevant technical training.2-3 years of experience as a plumber, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, regulations, and maintenance practices.Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.What You Can Expect from UsWe offer a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package designed to help you live your best work life.
