Join AUTODOC as a Software Architect and play a pivotal role in shaping and steering our product strategy through insightful data analysis and experimentation. Our mission is to transform insights into action, leveraging data driven decision making to refine our product offerings and customer experience.

In this role you will be responsible for lead the design and review of technical solutions for high-load, high-traffic, and fast response time.

Responsibilities

Keep an overarching view of the existing architecture of our Autodoc services and provide technical advisory
Support teams on the migration from PHP monoliths to the new microservice architecture (50+ services)
Support the domains on the design and review of technical solutions for high-load, high-traffic, and fast response time
Provide expert-level support and technical mentoring to the teams
Contribute to establishing governance processes and guidelines around the domains and microservices
Drive Autodoc from a technical perspective and keep yourself current with new technologies
Collaborate with multiple interdisciplinary teams within Autodoc to understand the business context and create scalable solutions

Requirements

9+ years of experience in software development, supporting the design and development of large-scale, distributed software applications - OOP and SOLID principles
Proven experience as a software architect
High-quality organizational and leadership skills
Technical mindset with great attention to detail
Experience with microservices and cloud architectures - Google Cloud Platform
Knowledge of architecture/design methods and patterns, data and API specifications, quality assurance, and testing methods
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to apply logical and analytical thinking to complex problems
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
English intermediate (B1)
