Reporting to the Head of IT, the candidate will have the following functions/responsibilities:

• Assisting the bank's users of software applications;
• Configuration management (users, groups, rights and static data);
• Incident management;
• Configuration and development of new features;
• System monitoring.

Profile

• Academic background on Information Technology, particularly, software and programming
• Effective interpersonal skills to communicate with organization staff and department managers to accomplish goals for productivity and quality of service;
• Professional proficiency in English;
• Availability to work in shifts.
