The Impact You'll Make in this Role
As an Administrative Assistant (m/f/x)*, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Supporting the organization's governance framework, ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal corporate governance standards

• Assisting with board meetings and facilitating effective communication between stakeholders to promote sound governance practices

• Providing administrative support for board members, including managing travel arrangements and documentation

• Ensuring timely filing of statutory returns and other regulatory requirements (e. g. , Companies House, SEC filings)

• Supporting the creation, review, and implementation of corporate governance policies

• Monitoring changes in relevant legislation and the regulatory environment and advise on necessary updates to governance frameworks

• Collaborating with internal audit and risk management teams to ensure governance risks are addressed

• Organizing training for board members and senior executives on governance and compliance topics

• Assisting in planning and organizing employee engagement events, including team-building activities, celebrations, and wellness initiatives

• Coordinating logistics such as venue booking, catering, equipment setup, and vendor management

• Supporting virtual and in-person events, ensuring they run smoothly and are well-received by employees

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree / Professional Degree

In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:

• Minimum of 2-5 years in corporate governance, company secretarial, or a related role

• Experience working with boards and senior executives

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities

• Discretion and ability to handle confidential information

• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Work location: Remote / Hybrid

Travel: May include up to 5%
