About The RoleWhat You'll DoDevelop strategic goals for the engineering operations in Poland that align with the broader company objectives.
Manage resource allocation and budgeting for engineering projects, and establish long-term plans for technological advancement and infrastructure expansion.
Oversee the full software development lifecycle, ensuring products are conceptualized and deployed successfully.
Prioritize features and tasks based on customer feedback and business objectives.
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver products on schedule while establishing and enforcing coding standards to maintain high quality.
Foster a positive and innovative work environment to mentor and guide engineering team leaders.

Our salary structure accounts for regional differences in cost of living while maintaining internal equity.
Salary PLN 413,000 - 484,000An Invisible Talent Acquisition Partner can provide more information on which locations are included in each of our geographic pay tiers during the interview process.

, compensation will be adjusted to reflect local market conditions and cost-of-living differentials.
Bonuses and equity are included in offers above entry level.
Final compensation is determined by a combination of factors, including location, job-related experience, skills, knowledge, internal pay equity, and overall market conditions.
