Business Analyst Proxy Product Owner

We are looking for a talented Business Analyst/Proxy Product Owner.
The ideal candidate is a talented Business Analyst/Proxy Product Owner with 3+ years of experience, strong analytical skills, Agile methodology knowledge, excellent communication in English and Polish, and familiarity with tools like Jira and Confluence.
You will join KOIA a digital-first software house and our Norwegian fintech/e-commerce clients.
As a BA/PO, you will play a key role in bridging the gap between business and tech, helping our clients to deliver innovative digital products that make a positive impact on the world.
Your qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field 3+ years of experience in a similar role (e.g.
Business Analyst, Product Owner) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of successful software delivery.
We care about knowing the basic tools of analysis in identifying the needs of stakeholders, their analysis and proper documentation Facilitation and leadership experience in Scrum events and workshops, focused on driving collaboration, engagement, and continuous improvement.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels Knowledge of project/product management frameworks, methodologies and tools, including Agile development methodologies Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools Experience with digital product development is a plus Working proficiency in English and Polish (both written and spoken) Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Google Workspace, Slack, and Miro Your responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients, development teams and other stakeholders to identify business requirements and goals, and develop product development plans Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and user stories, ensuring alignment with product development objectives Develop functional and non-functional requirements and specifications, and ensure that product deliverables meet business needs and quality standards Monitor product development progress, and identify and manage risks and issues Communicate with clients and internal teams to manage expectations and ensure success Potential for future leadership and mentoring opportunities Agile management:
Scrum, Kanban, Agile Participate in retrospectives and continuous improvement initiatives within the team and company, and contribute to the development of best practices and standards.
