Szybkie i dokładne diagnozy przy użyciu narzędzi diagnostycznych.
Niezależna praca nad serwisowaniem i naprawą podzespołów i pojazdów DAF.
Wykonywanie różnego rodzaju kontroli (MOT, tachograf itd.).
Zapewnianie pomocy mniej doświadczonym serwisantom i pełnienie w stosunku do nich funkcji mentora.
Przeprowadzanie kontroli końcowych.
