The successful candidate will join our onboarding team, reporting to the Manager, with support from the Director and Managing Director.
This role involves managing all aspects of client onboarding, treating each client transition as a project with specific deadlines.
The goal is to reconcile all NAV aspects with the prior administrator and hand over the client to our NAV team for ongoing daily and monthly processes.
Training, including induction, AML/KYC, and role-specific instruction, will be provided.Key Accountabilities of the RoleThis list is not exhaustive and may expand based on business needs:
Collaborate with new clients to gather all necessary information promptly for onboarding.Load open tax lots into our system and coordinate with the Middle Office to ensure OTC open tax lots and daily trades are accurately recorded.Reconcile records with the previous administrator and address discrepancies at the take-on date.Work with the HedgeServ NAV team during the parallel period where both NAVs are produced.Support analysts in preparing reconciliations and review their work.Prerequisite Knowledge, Skills, and ExperienceDegree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.Reconciliation skills with problem-solving capabilities and break resolution experience.Flexibility and ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.IT literacy.Proactive with good judgment on escalation needs.2-3 years of experience in Hedge Fund Administration preferred; alternative hedge fund experience may be considered.For further information and to apply, please visit our website via the 'Apply' button below.
