JAKIE ZADANIA NA CIEBIE CZEKAJĄ:
obsługa klientów w kasie zgodnie z przyjętymi procedurami i standardami
rejestrowanie towarów i transakcji, przyjmowanie płatności (gotówkowe, bezgotówkowe, zaliczki na zamówienia etc.) oraz wystawianie dokumentów fiskalnych (paragony, faktury, noty korygujące etc.) i rozliczanie powyższych na koniec zmiany
przyjmowanie i rejestrowanie zwrotów oraz rozpatrywanie reklamacji zgodnie z procedurami
budowanie relacji z klientami i wzmacnianie ich poprzez programy partnerskie i lojalnościowe
współpraca z innymi działami sklepu (m.in. z Działem Logistyki przy odbiorze towaru/realizacji transportu)

posiadasz doświadczenie w obszarze obsługi klienta lub chcesz się w nim rozwijać
potrafisz pracować zespołowo i cenisz współpracę z innymi
jesteś skrupulatny/a i dokładny/a, zwłaszcza w pracy z gotówką i dokumentami fiskalnymi
jesteś gotowy/a do pracy zmianowej w godzinach otwarcia sklepu (06:30 - 22:00), także w soboty (do 3 w miesiącu) i w niedziele handlowe
