Description We are seeking a Chef De Partie to join our successful team.
Responsibilities:
Ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen by preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality dishes.
Work hours will range from 35 to 50 hours per week, Monday through Sunday, between 8 am to 10:30 pm, including weekends.
Assist with overall management, including meeting budget targets for food and labor costs, conducting accurate stock-takes, and managing daily/weekly orders to minimize wastage.
Skills & Experience:
Experience in a busy A La Carte restaurant.
Relevant professional cooking qualification preferred or at least 3 years of relevant work experience.
Diplomacy, problem-solving skills, and a motivated, enthusiastic attitude.
A genuine passion for food and the industry.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach with team members and management.
