About the Role
As an Account Manager, you will be the strategic partner and trusted advisor to our eCommerce clients. You're job is to own the client relationship to develop and execute their retention marketing strategy. You won't be alone, as you will be supported by a world-class team of copywriters, designers and technicians to help you deliver for your 6-12 brands.
Your mission:
Drive retention, growth, and email marketing revenue for our clients
Proactively identify gaps and opportunities in client accounts
Communicate clearly, directly, and fast with clients and internal teams
Build trusted relationships that keep clients retained long term
You will have:
Direct access to brand owners and decision-makers
Autonomy to make smart decisions fast
An opportunity to grow into leadership as we scale
Own the day-to-day relationship with a portfolio of eCommerce clients
Review account performance, report insights, and recommend strategy pivots
Coordinate with internal copywriters, designers, and technical specialists to deliver best-in-class campaigns and flows
Proactively manage deadlines and deliverables
Lead monthly strategy calls and present reports
Identify upsell opportunities and help clients expand their scope
Maintain high client retention and satisfaction scores
Continuously improve internal processes and playbooks
What We're Looking For
Ownership mindset: You treat client accounts like your own business. No babysitting.

Strategic thinking: You can see the big picture and create actionable plans.
Clear communicator: You write and speak with clarity, confidence, and care.
️ Klaviyo Experience: 1-2 years with Klaviyo is very highly regarded
Team player: You work well with creatives and technical teams to deliver outcomes.
2+ years in a CRM, eCommerce or Marketing related role
Ideally agency or high client-volume experience
Very Highly Regarded: Klaviyo experience
Fluent written and spoken English
Obsessed with client success and personal growth
$70,000 - $110,000 NZD / yr
