The Client Service Representative at Monsanto in Auckland, NZ is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, building and maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Communicate effectively with clients through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person meetings.2.
Answer client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide guidance on products and services.3.
Manage client accounts, including processing orders, tracking shipments, and updating records.4.
Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and enhance the overall customer experience.5.
Proactively identify opportunities to upsell products and services to existing clients.6.
Conduct market research and gather feedback to improve client satisfaction and retention.7.
Meet individual and team targets for client acquisition, retention, and satisfaction.
Requirements:
