Are you an experienced and driven financial professional with expertise in international organizations and project control? As a Financial Controller, you are a senior financial within the team and play a key role in improving efficiency and optimizing financial processes within our dynamic and international work environment. With your analytical skills and strategic insight, you will make a significant contribution to the growth and development of our company.

Your Responsibilities

Responsible for project control of multiple significant projects.
Collaborate with other financial controllers on tasks for the holding company.
Collaborate with other financial controllers on tasks for the warehouse and assembly location for tractors.
Contribute to audits and provide relevant financial documentation.
Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and operational workflows.
Support budgeting and forecasting in close collaboration with the Finance Director.
Implement and maintain internal control systems to ensure compliance with regulations and internal standards.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to production and operational teams to support strategic decision-making.

Your Profile

A completed Bachelor or Master degree in a relevant field, such as Finance & Control or Business Economics.
At least 3 years of work experience in a financial role within an international/corporate environment, preferably as a Financial Controller, Financial Analyst, or a similar position.
Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
Proficiency in English, both verbally and in writing. Proficiency in Dutch is a plus.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex financial data into clear insights and recommendations.
Experience with Auditing is a preference
Proactive, detail-oriented, and strong communication skills.
