CRIF, a prestigious and innovative international group specializing in informational solutions, decision models, outsourcing, software, and consulting services to support banks, financial companies, insurance agencies, utilities, and businesses, is seeking a Senior Generative AI Specialist. The successful candidate will join our 'Advanced Analytics Global' area, the Center of Excellence at CRIF that combines expertise in Data Science, Data Engineering, and Generative AI
Profile :
PhD or Master's Degree in statistics, applied mathematics, computer science, quantitative economics, econometrics or a similar quantitative field.
3+ years of experience in Data Science / AI fields
Strong problem-solving skills and teamwork capabilities
Strong communication skills
Knowledge of major trends and technologies in AI/GenAI
Hard Skills :
Excellent knowledge of Python and Data Science libraries (Pandas, Numpy, Scikit-Learn, Keras, Pytorch, Matplotlib, requests, etc.)
Deep understanding of the fundamentals of statistics and machine learning (sampling theory, inference and interpretation, model validation, regression and classification techniques, etc.)
Experience in development and management of LLM pipelines
Deep understanding of LLM fine-tuning methods (ex: LoRa)
Experience working with one of the major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure, IBM)
Knowledge of MLOps and microservices architectures
Usage of IDE (Visualbasics, Pycharm)
Familiarity with version control tools (Git, CodeCommit, etc.)
Knowledge of Non-Relational Databases
High level proficiency in the Office suite, especially Excel
Nice to have :
Familiarity with Docker
Project portfolio (GitHub)
Research and publications in the AI field
