Internship opportunity

Are you looking for a dynamic and multifaceted internship experience in a fast-paced academic environment? This internship offers the opportunity to gain experience in one of several key areas, including employer relations, international relations, fundraising and alumni management, or corporate marketing & communication, depending on the specific team assignment.

As an intern, you'll have the chance to contribute to a wide range of impactful activities, gaining valuable insights into higher education services and strengthening your analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Supporting career guidance activities, including one-to-one counseling sessions and classroom workshops for students and recent graduates.
• Assisting in the planning and execution of events and initiatives targeting students, alumni, donors, and the broader community.
• Conducting research on job market trends and emerging professional roles.
• Creating and managing content for digital channels, including the institutional website and multichannel communication projects.
• Supporting incoming exchange students with administrative procedures (applications, visas, course selection, transcripts), as well as cultural integration activities and events.
• Assisting in the collection, analysis, and reporting of data related to ongoing projects, initiatives, and community engagement.
• Managing CRM entries (Salesforce), updating contacts and proposals, and coordinating with relevant database and intelligence units.
• Assisting in the creation of donor and prospect profiles, including data scouting and support in writing small-scale funding proposals.
• Contributing to alumni engagement activities, including communication initiatives, mailing list management, event logistics, and calendar planning.
• Collaborating on internal and cross-unit projects aimed at enhancing student experience, donor relations, and community outreach.

Requirements:

• Master's Degree with an outstanding academic path
• Fluent in English and Italian
• Work/study/life experience abroad or in international/multicultural contexts (at least 6 months)
• Fluent in English and Italian
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Soft skills:
  positive and enthusiastic with very good interpersonal and team working skills; analytical and critical thinking; hands-on approach; customer oriented approach along with the ability to adapt to different target; able to organize and manage the work timely and autonomously; self-starter with strong attention to detail and problem solving approach.
