The Night Auditor is a champion and a key contributor to the company's vision: to be the leading mixed-use sustainable and community-centric lifestyle operator that manages and operates a diverse range of asset. The night auditor is instrumental in maintaining top-notch quality, service, and guest satisfaction at our hotel. Collaborates with stakeholders to create exceptional guest experiences.

JOB DESCRIPTION

ASSET & EXPERIENCE:
Manages night operations and ensures the quality and standards of the hotel are met.
Create bespoke guest experiences, ensuring all guests receive a warm welcome and a friendly farewell.
Carry out pre-arrival, check-in, and check-out processes, as well as reservations and transportation arrangements.
Compile and assess daily reports, including occupancy rates, revenue details, and guest satisfaction levels.
Ensure smooth running of operations, take corrective actions, handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a timely and professional manner to ensure guest satisfaction.

PEOPLE:
Greets VIP guests upon their arrival, escorts them to their room, establishes good rapport, and offers assistance for the length of their stay.
Ensures cooperation with all relevant departments to working together on all guest questions or requests.
Assists in training for new employees and on-the-job training encouraging the team to exceed all expectations.

COMMUNITY:
Forges partnerships and collaborations within the community and across industries.
Engages towards our local and global communities.
Respects and applies environmental sustainability practices.

GROWTH:
Implements innovative strategies to enhance the procedures of the department.
Maximizes hotel revenue by controlling room inventory, group blocking, packages, up-selling & cross-selling, and maximizing REVPAR.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
2 years of previous experience in Front Office Department.
Proficiency in English.
Possession of great communication skills.
Deep understanding of front office standards and best practices.
Ability to ensure top-notch lifestyle guest experience.
Skilled in leading, motivating, and managing diverse teams effectively.
Proficient in hotel operations, SOP development, budget management, and technology integration.
Innovative mindset to curate unique guest experiences and collaborate effectively with teams and suppliers.
