QSRP (Quick Service Restaurant Platform), is looking for a Treasury Specialist, ready to take on the challenge within the Finance Department. If you are interested and ready to take on such a responsibility, then we want you!

Mission:

Reporting to the Accounting Manager of QSRP based in Antwerp you will ensure the efficient and secure management of the company's bank accounts, maintaining accurate financial records and compliance with tax regulations. Manage daily bank operations, reconcile accounts, and monitor the company's financial position, ensuring timely completion of tasks and resolution of discrepancies.

In particular you will carry on the following activities:

• Ensure the efficient management of company's bank accounts.
• Maintain and manage all financial records, logs, spreadsheets and registers.
• Book daily bank operations (collections & payments).
• Reconciling of bank statements against the GL, and clearing accounts assigned.
• Ensure tax regulations are in compliance with established standards and that the financial position of the company is well calculated daily.
• Check and verify cash transactions; and also investigate and propose possible resolution for any discrepancies.
• Responsible for interest and debt analysis, with provision of relevant information and report.
• Take care of the cash management system of the company and their payment mechanism.
• Responsible for following up on financial proceedings, and ensuring tasks are completed on schedule.uditors in their inquiries

Main requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration is well appreciated
• Maximum 5 years of experience with accounting principles, book-keeping concept
• Solid experience with cashflow (at least 5 years)
• Reconciliations
• Experience with Financial reporting
• Good Knowledge of SAP
• Fluent in English (C1)
• Knowledge of French is preferred
• Proficiency in Excel
• Ability to work independently and proactively
• Strong analytical skills and an eye for detail
• Able to embrace new challenges in fast changing environment
• Good communication skills, ability to connect with multiple stakeholders across different departments and countries/cultures
