We are seeking a Counsel to join our Legal team in Dublin (hybrid work model). The Legal Affairs Department provides legal advice across various lines of business, including asset servicing, custody, and fund administration.
Team OverviewThe team supports Irish and non-Irish client funds, advising on custodial, trustee, and fund administration issues, negotiating agreements, and ensuring compliance with Irish and EU regulations.
Job PurposeYou will advise on fund administration and global custody documentation, participate in legal negotiations, and support regulatory compliance and business initiatives.
