The ideal candidate will be an experienced administrator proficient with Word and Excel.
Familiarity with databases and case management systems would be an advantage.
Main Duties & Key Responsibilities The successful candidate will carry out the following duties in line with the organisation's standards and strategic objectives.
The duties primarily involve providing secretarial and administrative support to the executive team.
Updating and maintaining case management system, including scanning incoming post General copy and dictaphone typing Dealing with queries on regulatory issues.
Filing of documents Maintaining and updating various Excel spreadsheets Liaising with broader regulatory team and other executives Assisting the regulatory team Answering telephone and email queries from solicitors and accountants and assisting in dealing with such queries Drafting correspondence to various professional services stakeholders Preparation of documentation for committee meetings Uploading documents onto the internal IT system Acting as receptionist at in-person meetings of committees Hosting virtual meetings Liaising with committee members Other miscellaneous duties assigned Knowledge & Skills Excellent administrative, organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent IT skills in Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook.
A good eye for detail, and ability to carry out accurate and precise work under pressure and time constraints.
An ability to work on his or her own initiative, as part of a team and be proactive in their role.
Have a flexible approach to his or her work and responsibilities.
Some experience working in a regulatory, legal or other professional services environment.
