Service Coordinator

Mon-Fri 37.Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services are currently recruiting
for a Service Coordinator on behalf of a global leader in the market of Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS).
The role is responsible for the correct handling of various faults relating to our Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure in line with our customer's contract requirements within service level agreements. You will be expected to develop an expert understanding of our customer's requirements and support our local service teams whilst helping to establish our department within Yunex Traffic with both internal and external customers.
The role is managing phone calls, faults, appointment booking for engineers, e-mails and queries as they come in and at times it can be very busy so being able to work as part of a team as well as independently and the ability to organise yourself and prioritise is key for this role.
Ensuring that all faults are reported and dispatched appropriately to support high levels of operational productivity. Paying close attention to relevant contract information.
• E-mail handling, managing e-mails that come into the mailbox and actioning according to the relevant contract and responding in a professional manner.
• Assisting local field management with contract queries and admin tasks.
PC skills are essential and ideally experience of using Outlook, Word and Excel is desirable.
• Customer facing experience is desirable.
