IT Support Analyst
A fantastic opportunity arisen for an IT Support Analyst to join national IT Support company based in Kings Lynn. Our client is UK’s leading Cyber Security and IT Support business with outstanding values and passion to deliver service seamlessly by making a genuine difference to their clients.

Main Responsibilities for the successful IT Support Analyst:
As an IT Support Analyst your role will be a mix of working on client projects and service desk escalations, On-Site Installations. The role will require you to have excellent technical and problem resolution skills. This role is an important technical position as a valued member of the team.
• To provide mentoring and support to other members of the team.
• To provide remote technical support via email and telephone to end users so that operational problems and queries are diagnosed and resolved as quickly as possible.
• On-site support and installation of hardware and software.
• To specify, recommend, provide, configure, and implement many varied items of equipment i.e., desktops, servers, printers etc. and supporting software in accordance with client requirements.
• To contribute to the production of standard configurations, documentation, and procedures in order to streamline processes and produce efficiencies within the company.
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients.
• To implement technical solutions for client and internal projects.
• Remote monitoring client infrastructure though our RRM system
About the successful IT Support Analyst:
• Experience of customer service, building and maintaining customer relationships.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely to all levels.
• Knowledge of helpdesk/PSA/RMM systems and an ability to adapt to new software/programs.
• A strong understanding and experience of the Microsoft desktop and server stack including Windows 10, Windows Server, Office 365 and Microsoft Azure.
• A good broad knowledge of networking technologies and concepts such as LAN/WAN, DHCP etc.

• Salary £28,000- £32,000 per annum.
