Join an award-winning Subsidence Services Division, managing a portfolio of domestic and commercial subsidence claims from first notification to resolution.This role combines the use of digital technology for remote assessments with local site visits, giving you flexibility and variety in your day-to-day work.You'll be at the forefront of diagnosing, mitigating, and repairing structural damage, with the backing of a highly experienced team and market-leading tools.Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Managing a portfolio of subsidence claims from instruction to settlementConducting site visits and/or remote assessments to diagnose structural damageRecommending appropriate mitigation and repair strategiesLiaising with internal teams, insurers, contractors, and other service providersProviding technical reports, specifications, and validation of scopes of workDelivering outstanding service to customers with professionalism and empathyAdhering to regulatory and client SLAs, ensuring cases are proactively progressedAbout You - Knowledge and Experience:
Full UK driving licence (essential)Working towards or already hold a professional qualification (MCIOB, MRICS, MICE)Ideally hold or be working towards an insurance qualification (e.g., CILA or CII)Expertise in diagnosing structural defects, subsidence, and drainage issuesComfortable using both remote tech and conducting face-to-face site visitsExperience in insurance claims handling is desirable (training provided)Strong communication and customer service skillsWhat You'll Get:
