Enterprise Account Manager

Job Summary and purpose:

• To spearhead the customer success efforts for BuildPrompt, driving successful customer acquisition, onboarding, satisfaction, and product adoption.
  

• Working with new customers to onboard them as well as working with our existing clients both remotely, and in client offices, ensuring stakeholders requirements are understood, mapped, and the benefits case articulated.
  

• Cultivate lasting relationships with clients by actively engaging with them, understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and gathering feedback to continuously improve their experience - act as the central point of contact for issues, escalations and delivering the final product into business as usual.
  

• Looking for future opportunities to grow existing Client accounts with new deployment and innovations.
  

• Acting as the key liaison point back to the BuildPrompt development team for both the initial project and as the product is developed, providing essential feedback as the product matures.

Main Responsibilities and Duties:

• Conduct thorough discovery processes to identify customer pain points and align BuildPrompt solutions with their specific business objectives and technical requirements.
  
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships, fostering meaningful connections with customers both in-person and virtually.
  
• Day to day management of existing and new enterprise customers, including being a main point of contact for queries and concerns.
  
• Provide expert guidance and work with the Client project team for onboarding and ensure the processes and procedures are established correctly to ensure seamless and effective development of the product solution.
  
• Training and upskilling across the Client's project team for the use and deployment of BuildPrompt.
  
• Provide clear direction to the BuildPrompt development team on the stakeholder definition of requirements and provide feedback to enable future development of functionality and performance.
  
• Liaising with other teams within BuildPrompt to further improve the business; Operations, marketing team, etc.
  
• Effectively communicate BuildPrompt's differentiated value proposition through engaging presentations and demonstrations that showcase the company's unique capabilities

Experience / Knowledge:

• Applicants should have SAAS Customer account management experience working as an account manager, Customer Success manager or another client-facing role.
  
• Proven track record of successfully closing deals and managing customer relationships in a hybrid work setting
• Ideally the candidate understands what is required to make a start-up with a lot of demand and relationships

Skills and Abilities:

• Ability to effectively communicate across all levels of Project Teams, from Client-side to development teams
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills and effective project management skills
• Ability to prioritise, plan, schedule and evaluate works and takes responsibility for delivery of assigned tasks
• Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to produce and present clear and compelling messages with effective communication skills both oral & written
• Works well independently and as part of a team, a strong ability to build trusting collaborative relationships with project teams, colleagues and clients
