Light Commercial Technician - LCV

We have an immediate opportunity for an experienced Motor Vehicle Technician to join our client's premium Commercial Van Centre in Feltham, London as a Light Commercial Diagnostic Technician (Vans).

Are you a qualified Diagnostic Technician, who is travelling out of the area, or do you live within a commutable distance to Feltham; seeking a new challenge with training and development, we want to hear from you!

As Commercial Van Technician at this dealership, you will be working in a fast paced and challenging working environment with a focus on "fixing it right first time." You will have opportunities to train and develop your skills and earn an achievable, "Time Saved" Bonus.

What's needed from you?

A Certificate confirming your Diagnostic Technician Accreditation
Experience as a City & Guilds, NVQ, IMI Level 2 or 3 Technician or MOT Tester, Time Served is good too!
Full UK Driving Licence is essential for this role, for insurance purposes
Have your own set of Tools (Specialist tools will be provided)
Recognise the importance of working as part of a team to provide the best levels of service
Be familiar with working on a range of models of Commercial Vehicles and/or cars, in an accurate and efficient manner with a focus on a "First Time Fix"
Participate in training and value working in a Team
You simply need to have the "know how" of how to fix a vehicle and the "willingness to learn and develop," this company will assist you with developing your skills through training
Successful track record within the role, ideally with franchise experience in the motor industryThe Package
A competitive basic salary ranging from £34,000 to £45,000 dependent upon your skill level and specialism, with the added opportunity to earn Bonus and overtime (paid at 1.5) and an uncapped OTE in the region of £57,000

The Hours
As the business operates from 7am to 6pm, you have the option to work within those hours, for a better work/life balance, from 8am to 5pm or 7am to 4pm Monday to Friday for example and from 8am to 12pm, 1 in 3 Saturday (paid at 1.5)
