40 Beechgrove Nursing Home is a well-established, highly respected care home located in the picturesque Lanark countryside.
With a strong reputation in the community, Beechgrove provides specialist nursing care for 70 residents, ensuring continuity of care in a warm and welcoming environment.
Our home has recently undergone refurbishment, and we are implementing Nourish electronic care plans to enhance our person-centred approach.
While we are always striving for improvement, Beechgrove has a longstanding commitment to high-quality care, and we are looking for a motivated and ambitious Clinical Deputy Manager to help drive forward our standards and ensure exceptional resident outcomes.

As a Clinical Deputy Manager, you'll play a key role in leading and inspiring our care team, ensuring our residents receive the highest standard of personalised care.

What You'll Do:
Lead High-Quality Care:
Oversee clinical care, ensuring residents receive personalised, compassionate, and effective support.
Inspire & Support Your Team:
Lead by example, guiding and developing staff to maintain excellence in care.
Drive Improvement & Innovation:
Support the implementation of Nourish electronic care plans and uphold Beechgrove's high standards.
What We're Looking For:
Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with an active NMC PIN.
Leadership Experience:
Minimum 2 years of prior care home experience, ideally in a leadership role.
A professional who embodies our values of high-quality, resident-focused care.
