Sales Executive
to join our dynamic team at
Vertu Honda Bikes Grantham , specialising in both
New and Used Motorcycles!
What We Offer:
Industry-leading basic salary of
£22,000
On-target earnings (OTE) of
£45,000
40-hour work week with flexible scheduling to support work-life balance
A supportive, inclusive, and high-performing team environment
Your Role:
As a Sales Executive, you'll be the face of our dealership-guiding customers through every step of their motorcycle purchase journey:
Conducting viewings and test rides
Advising on finance, insurance, and accessory options
Delivering a premium customer experience from first contact to final delivery
What We're Looking For:
A genuine
passion for motorcycles -this is a must
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport naturally
A proactive, customer-first mindset
Previous sales experience is a plus, but not essential
