We're currently recruiting Sales Executives for our flagship showroom in Hillington, Glasgow with multiple full-time and part-time roles available.

What You'll Do

• Deliver Exceptional Customer Service - Guide customers through our extensive product range, understanding their needs and providing expert advice.
• Drive Sales - Build relationships, hit sales targets, and optimise every order.
• Become a Product Expert - Learn everything there is to know about flooring and trends in interiors.
• Collaborate & Connect - Work as part of a supportive and friendly team.
• Utilise Your Skills - From interior knowledge to IT confidence and communication.
• Generate Leads - Through networking, social media activity, and proactive outreach.
• Manage the Sales Process - From quotes and follow-ups to closing deals and ensuring customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

• Proven Sales Track Record - Experience exceeding targets in retail or customer-facing roles.
• Commercial Acumen - Confidence with financials and business thinking.
• Passion for Interiors - A natural interest in design and home improvement.
• Excellent Communication - Clear, engaging, and professional.
• Organised & Driven - Self-motivated and well-organised with a strong work ethic.
• Team Player - Friendly, collaborative, and ready to contribute.
• Full UK Driving Licence - Preferred.
• Social Media Savvy - Desirable but not essential.

You MUST also be authorised to work in the UK and are comfortable commuting to Hillington for work.
