Technical Contract Manager - Data Centre

We're looking for an experienced Technical Contract Manager to oversee operations at a high-profile data centre in Northolt. This is a rare opportunity to join a global leader in facility and data centre management, working with some of the most advanced systems in the industry.
About the Role
As the Technical Contract Manager, you'll take ownership of the local Change Management and Quality Control processes, providing strategic leadership to ensure plant and equipment maintenance exceeds client expectations. You'll drive the implementation of industry best practices, manage on-site technical teams, and act as the key interface between engineering operations and the client.
This is a hands-on leadership role that requires a strong mechanical and electrical background, deep understanding of critical environments, and a passion for delivering operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead all aspects of technical operations across the site, from plant maintenance to incident response.
Manage contract performance-financial, operational, and service quality.
Standardise and enhance health & safety procedures in line with corporate and site-specific protocols.
