What you will do
As a Service Engineer, you will play a crucial role in servicing top-tier Security Systems, including CCTV and Access Control Systems. Successful candidates will uphold industry standards while delivering exceptional customer service and leveraging their expert technical knowledge. We seek proactive engineers who can identify and resolve issues before they arise. This is an incredible opportunity for experienced engineers to be part of a high-performing team focusing on the Glasgow, Ayrshire & Dumfries region. How you will do it
Deliver outstanding customer service to exceed internal and external expectations, building and nurturing effective customer relationships.
Service devices responsibly, prioritizing safety to prevent injuries, property damage, and material waste.
Manage your time efficiently to ensure job tasks are prioritized correctly.
Complete engineering reports, handover certificates, and checklists accurately.
What we look for
Essential:
Experience in the Fire & Security industry.
Valid manual driving license.
Physical capability to lift and climb ladders.
Previous customer-facing experience.
Preferred:
Relevant industry qualifications such as 18th Edition, NVQ, City and Guilds, or BTEC.
