Responsibilities:

Provide technical expertise and administration in maintenance related areas.
Communication and escalation to management of workshop related asset, tooling and equipment issues, maintain repair and quality standards.
Apply for tools and/or equipment to the supervisor or workshop manager.
Perform all workshop activities that are necessary for the smooth running of the workshop within the function in consultation with the supervisor or workshop manager.
Raise the quality of services in the workshop.
Find the solution of complex problems.
Pass information found on the resolution of complex faults through communication with the supervisor or workshop manager.
Ask and/or provide unsolicited advice to immediate supervisor, leading to improved result and the continuity of the organization.
Ensure correct and in time communication to the customer.
Complete additional courses if requested.
Reline brake pads/shoes/ drums/disk , adjust brakes
Caliper rebuild/replace valves/replace slack adjusters
ABS - EBS test/fault find valves/brake roller test/sensor Replace
change airbag/spring lever
Replace valves
Fault find valves
Change bulb/ Lens/light
wiring/rewiring lighting central box/ add lighting
fault find electric system/schematic reading
ARC Weld/abrasive wheel/grinder /tilt repair
MIG\MAG , replace corner post , post , Barndoor , bulkhead replace
Tig Stainless steel/alu replace repair sliding roof,
Replace underrun/spray supr.
Replace landing legs
Fabrick Chassis parts/alignment Chassis
A- inspect , inspect superstructure
B-C Inspect,
MOT - B-inspect
Service (grease) all axle parts
Replace Bearings/Hubs
Fault find ,Turntable, cable, bar, drawbar/ Replace/
Check/Adjust tyre pressure
inspect tyre wear , replace tyre on rim , regroove
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years technical & industry related experience
High level of technical training Truck & trailer
Ability to communicate with stakeholders internally
