¡En Capitole estamos ampliando nuestro equipo y para ello queremos incorporar un/a Gestor/a Nivel 2 Incidencias con conocimientos en SAP MM y SAP FI para un proyecto en una importante empresa del sector retail.
¿De que proyecto se trata?
Trabajarás en el tratamiento de incidencias y búsqueda de causa efecto.
Generarás entradas para base de resolución de problemas.
Resolución de Hot fix.
Capturarás evidencias e identificación de problemas para en posterior escalado a áreas de desarrollo.
Trabajarás día a día en contacto con los usuarios de la plataforma.
¿Qué buscamos?
Será necesario tener experiencia sólida y demostrable como consultor SAP de los módulos FI y MM
Experiencia resolución de incidencias en SAP
Experiencia con alguna herramienta de ticketing (jira, servicenow. )
Experiencia en el manejo de gestor documental
Experiencia/conocimientos en Linux
