Buscamos una persona apasionada y con ganas de aprender para incorporarse como Retail Sales Intern en nuestros Puntos de Venta. Esta beca es una excelente oportunidad para descubrir el universo del retail de lujo, adquirir experiencia práctica en atención al cliente, conocimiento de producto y operaciones en tienda dentro de un entorno dinámico y exigente.
Job Responsibility:
Bajo la supervisión del/la GPV basado/a en Málaga y del equipo, la persona en prácticas colaborará en:
Apoyar al equipo de ventas en la atención y experiencia del cliente.
Asistir en la identificación de necesidades del cliente y en la recomendación de productos adecuados.
Contribuir al mantenimiento de los estándares de visual merchandising y organización de stock.
Ayudar en el control de disponibilidad de producto y en la reposición de stock cuando sea necesario.
Participar en las tareas diarias de la tienda (aperturas, cierres, inventarios, etc.).
Observar y familiarizarse con los principales indicadores de rendimiento (KPI).
Mantenerse informado/a sobre los productos, valores y estándares de excelencia de la marca.
Dar soporte en eventos especiales, lanzamientos y activaciones en el punto de venta.
Profile:
Estudiante de grado o máster en áreas como Comercio, Marketing, Moda, Belleza o similares.
Imprescindible poder firmar convenio de prácticas de 6 meses con universidad o escuela.
Interés por el sector lujo, la cosmética y la experiencia cliente.
Persona proactiva, con ganas de aprender, orientada al detalle y con buena actitud.
Nivel alto de español y nivel avanzado de inglés (mínimo B2).
Se valorará experiencia previa en retail o atención al cliente.
Uso de herramientas digitales: Microsoft Office (PowerPoint y Excel), Lotus Notes.

SE OFRECE
Beca de 6 meses a jornada completa (40h/semana).
Ayuda económica de 800€ netos al mes.
