Our services include pre-deal commercial and operations due diligence, post-merger integration, business plan development, restructuring and performance improvement including interim management.
Our demanding customer base relies on small and senior teams.What You'll DoThe successful candidate will participate in project teams, working with clients on the execution of various engagements and assist with ongoing business development activity.As such, key activities include:
Financial and operational modellingOperational analysis (e.g.

1 university degree level (or equivalent), preferably in a numerical degree or that has a numerical elementDemonstrable consulting experience.
Additional industry experience an advantageProject experience in high paced environments focused on rapid results (e.g.
rapid performance improvement, turnaround, due diligence)Demonstrable and relevant industry expertise in companies with complex operations or environments highly preferredWork experience and the ability to demonstrate results delivery across functions in at least some of the following focus areas:
Performance improvement, ideally turnaround, including diagnosisOperationsBusiness plan review/developmentIndustry experience (e.g.
consumer goods, retail, pharma, transportation and logistics, travel and leisure)ImplementationMarket assessmentTransactions experienceExcellent consulting skills, specifically:
