We are currently recruiting a full-time Business Support Officer to deliver services to our client in the pharmaceutical industry in Madrid, starting from 1/7/2025.This role involves assisting the organization with timely and accurate compliance submissions, optimizing document handling and records management, and reducing the risk of non-compliance.
The position ensures the organization stays updated with regulatory changes, resulting in fewer compliance issues and improved outcomes.
Additionally, administrative support helps in securely and efficiently managing important documents.Your responsibilities as a Business Support Officer include:
Document handling services:
Managing and storing important documents securely and efficiently, including retrieving, printing, signing, scanning, emailing, and mailing documents.Records management services:
Retrieving, archiving, and maintaining accurate, up-to-date records to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.Compliance submission services:
Assisting teams with timely and accurate submissions of reports and documents to government authorities.Auditing:
Responding to audit requests by gathering and providing necessary documentation.What you will bring to the organization:
A degree in business, office administration, or a related field demonstrating strong administrative and organizational skills.Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards, with experience in records management and document handling.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively manage records and documents.Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with other information management systems like SFDC or Workday is an advantage.Excellent communication skills in the local language and English.Ability to work on-site in Madrid.Knowledge of compliance requirements in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.What we offer:
