For this reason, Axon is currently offering Strategy Consulting Associate positions in our Madrid Office.

About the role We are looking for Associates to join our Strategy Consulting Division in Madrid.
You will work on international, high-impact strategy and management consulting projects, mainly within the Information and Communications Technology (ICT) sector.
Our clients range from telecommunications operators, technology companies, regulatory authorities, public institutions, and many more.

Strategy Business & Network Modelling Policy & Regulation Main Responsibilities As an Associate, your responsibilities will include:
Supporting the delivery of consulting projects in the technology and telecom sectors Conducting research and analysis to help identify key issues and opportunities Assisting in the preparation of written documents and presentations to communicate insights Collaborating with multicultural teams to support project execution Contributing to business development efforts through background research and proposal support What we offer Over 95% of our projects are international.
Project durations are short, allowing exposure to multiple initiatives per year Frequent travel opportunities.
A dynamic and collaborative work environment with clear and sturdy career progression Profile Requirements We are seeking candidates who meet the following requirements:
A valid work permit to work in Spain is required.
Degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or Statistics with a GPA above 3.0 or equivalent academic excellence.
Postgraduate education is a plus.
Recent graduate or up to 2-years maximum experience in strategy or management consulting.
Previous exposure to the ICT sector is preferred.
Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication, both written and verbal.
Excellent teamwork and adaptability.
Willingness to travel internationally.
Fluent in English (C1 minimum required).
Spanish, Arabic (Gulf Arabic), or other languages are an advantage.
