desde el desarrollo inicial hasta su evolución y mejora continua.Trabajar estrechamente con los equipos de desarrollo internacionales para garantizar que los requisitos y funcionalidades se implementen según las necesidades del cliente.Analizar las necesidades del mercado y del usuario, identificando nuevas oportunidades de producto.Priorizar y gestionar el backlog de producto de acuerdo con los objetivos de negocio y feedback de los usuarios.Coordinar con stakeholders internos y externos de diferentes países y niveles para asegurar la alineación y el cumplimiento de los plazos del proyecto.Realizar análisis de métricas de producto y rendimiento para tomar decisiones informadas y promover la mejora continua.Requisitos:
Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en un puesto similar, preferiblemente en entornos tecnológicos.Experiencia previa en la gestión de productos relacionados con ticketing, ERP y/o CRM.Nivel de inglés avanzado/bilingüe.
Valorable conocimiento de otros idiomas.Conocimiento sólido en la definición y priorización de funcionalidades de producto.Capacidad para tomar decisiones estratégicas basadas en análisis de datos.Liderazgo, comunicación, organización, gestión del tiempo y trabajo en equipo.Valorable experiencia trabajando con metodologías ágiles (scrum o Kanban) y conocimiento técnico en arquitecturas de software.
